Former Australian Swimmer Libby Trickett collected 24 gold medals on the international stage across Olympic, Commonwealth Games and World Championships events. This included eight long course and seven short course world titles, five Commonwealth Games and four Olympic gold medals which were won at three consecutive Olympic Games. Since retiring from swimming, she has become a passionate mental health advocate, written her memoir, Beneath the Surface, become a TEDx Speaker, and is the host of multiple podcasts, talking about sport in different ways – from how to keep kids in sport to elite athletes transitioning into life after their sporting career, and another podcast on the Mamamia media network called This Glorious Mess. Most importantly, she has her hands full, running after her four young children, Poppy, Edwina, Bronte, and Alfie.
